Can weaning help?

I plan to start weaning again this weekend - second time lucky.

The first time we attempted it, duckling wasn't interested at all and by the third day, made sure we were aware of her displeasure by screaming for 15 minutes.

However, the hand munching has drastically increased now and she is starting to take notice when we eat. Not sure how much of that is because she is generally more aware of what's going on and watching us or she's after the food.

She is still sleeping well though and even slept through the night on Wednesday and definitely still satisfied by bottles (expressed breast milk first thing and Easy Digest formula for remaining feeds) as she rarely finishes 7oz. In fact yesterday was just 4 or 5 oz each feed and she totally refused her feed before bed.

Still we have to start somewhere and maybe the introduction of some vegetables may help with her movements!

No sign of poo at all since the free for all on Wednesday.
